Last Wednesday, we held a giveaway in conjunction with National Day. We asked you: Here are the correct answers to the questions: 1️⃣ There are 10 public holidays in Singapore! They are New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Good Friday, Labour Day, Vesak Day, Hari Raya Puasa, National Day, Hari Raya Haji, Deepavali and Christmas Day. Apparently, many of the answers we received forgot National Day as one of our public holidays 😂 ️2️⃣️ Vanda Miss Joaquim (an Orchid) was cross-bred by Agnes Joaqium, an Armenian avid gardener and horticulturist who resided in Singapore in the late 1800s.
